The Problem: Learn why you have anxiety. Understand the two distinct pathways to your anxious response pattern. Learn about your individual anxiety blueprint.
Modules/Phase #2
The Present: Understand and alleviate your anxiety in the present moment (because that's what's affecting you now, right?) Begin to find relief in the Here & Now.
Module/Phase #3
The Past: Wouldn't you like to wave a magic wand and transform the memory of that ONE THING that happened? Work with me 1:1 to discover the touchtone of your anxiety and transform the way it impacts you.
Modules/Phase #4
Anxiety In The Body: You know all too well that anxiety isn't "all in your head." Learn effective physical practices you can implement easily and immediately for profound and long-lasting relief. And no, this isn't just another yoga class.
Module/Phase #5
The Future: Taking care of future you. We want these changes to last. We will lock them in and confront anticipated challenges. Again, you will work with me 1:1 on to target and tranform your specific worries and fears.
Live Group Support
Throughout the course, alternating with the learning module weeks, you will meet with your small group cohort for support and coaching with Emily. This will be a safe space for questions, feedback, shared experience and connection.

About Emily
Emily Cioffi is a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, wife, and mother. She is a lover of coffee, cats, movement practices, and reading psychological thrillers.
She has also struggled with debilitating social anxiety, panic disorder, and addiction in her life.
Practicing and teaching yoga and meditation since her early 20s, Emily was inspired by the relief she experienced through these modalities. She pursued her master's degree in mental health counseling in 2012 with the aim to offer yoga and meditation through a therapeutic lens --specifically to those struggling with addiction (trauma) and anxiety/panic disorder, as she had.
After working in community health care and inpatient substance abuse treatment for several years, Emily opened her private therapy practice in 2020.
As a trauma therapist, Emily is inspired by working through an attachment theory framework and utilizes EMDR, IFS, and Somatic therapy techniques in her 1:1 sessions with clients. The foundation for everything she does is a humanistic viewpoint. It's not just what you do, it's how you do it.
Throughout her thousands of hours of learning and practicing psychology, movement and mindfulness, Emily has become an expert in alleviating anxiety and teaching client's how to rewire their nervous systems and find peace.
In 2023 when Emily's private practice became full and her waitlist started to grow, she realized she needed to find a way to offer help to more people. She's on a mission to create programs that will help more people manage their mental health struggles in less time.
Through her decades of learning, practice and teaching, she has curated the most potent and effective interventions, skills, and practices to help you find the freedom you seek from anxiety symptoms.
